This Streetsville home project focused on custom millwork details that added warmth, character, and craftsmanship throughout the space. Hustler Design House completed custom trim work, fireplace mantels, and a built-in desk designed to complement the home’s style while adding everyday functionality. Thoughtful design details, clean finishes, and quality craftsmanship helped create a cohesive and timeless look throughout the renovation.

This young family wanted to update their dated oak kitchen into a bright, modern space that felt both functional and timeless. The new design featured a clean white aesthetic with thoughtful details including a large island with seating, an organized spice drawer beside the cooktop, an easy access pantry, durable storage drawers, a farmhouse sink, and glass display cabinets. Carefully selected fixtures and finishes brought the entire space together, creating a beautiful kitchen designed for everyday family living.

The design featured antique cream glazed cabinetry paired with a contrasting cherry wood island, complete with breakfast bar seating and a gas cooktop. Thoughtful details such as built-in appliances, custom wine storage, glass display cabinets with lighting, and grey quartz countertops brought together a warm and timeless kitchen designed for everyday living and entertaining.

This bungalow renovation completely transformed the main living space into a bright, open concept design tailored for modern living. By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining area, the homeowners were able to create a more functional layout with improved flow throughout the home. New white oak flooring and heated tile floors added warmth and comfort, while the redesigned kitchen made full use of the home’s high ceilings and updated layout. Custom cabinetry painted in Benjamin Moore Cloud Cover was paired with quarter sawn white oak accents for a timeless and refined look. Thoughtful details such as hidden peninsula storage, a black granite sink, and improved appliance spacing enhanced both functionality and style. To maximize storage on the main floor, a custom built-in feature wall with bookcases, concealed storage, an electric fireplace, quartz surround, and integrated TV space was also added. The finished result is a completely refreshed home that feels warm, modern, and highly functional for everyday living.

Rich Butternut wood cabinetry with antiqued finishes, handcrafted details, and traditional mouldings helped maintain the historic charm, while modern storage solutions, integrated lighting, and functional hardware brought everyday convenience to the space. From the custom kitchen and wood ceilings to the built-in wardrobes and furniture pieces, every detail was thoughtfully created to honour the history of the home while supporting modern family living.
